Bio: Professor Dr. Musleh Al-Tarawneh is a professor of commercial law at the Faculty of Law, and an accredited international arbitrator in many Arab and international arbitration centers. He previously served as a member of the Jordanian Parliament, and holds a PhD in commercial law. He heads the committee for preparing the contracting contract book, and works as a legal expert at the Legislation and Opinion Bureau. He has many scientific publications in the fields of international trade laws and electronic arbitration.
