Bio: Yousef Hamed Al Balushi, an Omani economist and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience in economic planning and investment. He has held leadership positions such as Chief Economist for Oman Vision 2040 Office and Central Bank, and Advisor to the International Monetary Fund. He holds a PhD in Economics from King’s College London, and has made significant contributions to research and books on economic diversification in the Gulf. He founded the Smart Investment Portal and provides consulting to the public and private sectors, in addition to his academic activity as a lecturer at prestigious universities.
